1. firstly, in a big bowl mix semolina, rice flour, urad dal flour, cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger piece, asafoetida and salt. Now add water to this mixture and mix well.
2. Add water little by little to make a loose thick batter and mix. Keep the batter for 15-20 minutes, so that semolina and dal flour can rise easily.
